They are not IMO default factors and are not a substitute for test-bed, onboard or CEMS measurements. Method uncertainty, data completeness and readiness scores are also project inputs. Final instrumentation, calibration, analyzer performance, emission-map development, verification and reporting must follow the applicable IMO, EU, flag, class, verifier and equipment requirements.
