Operational boundary: use the actual agreed ship/terminal maximum transfer rates, topping-off rates, manifold pressure limits and stop/ESD protocols. This tool does not establish a universal “safe” cargo velocity or pressure. It models steady-state hydraulics and an approximate linear-closure water-hammer screen only; detailed transient analysis is required where damaging pressure surge is credible.
