Marine Fuel Injection & Injector Performance Tool

Screen the hydraulic capacity of a marine injector, compare cylinder combustion indicators and organize injector bench-test results in one place. Simple mode focuses on a fast nozzle/injection-event calculation. Advanced combines nozzle hydraulics, actual fuel demand, cylinder Pmax/Pcomp/EGT/fuel-index patterns, injector leak-off and OEM-specific bench-test limits.

Injector Bench-Test Register

Enter the engine-specific OEM work-card limits. MAN service guidance for some injectors checks opening/test pressure, nozzle holes and tightness, but the actual permitted pressures and leakage limits vary by engine and injector type.

Injection / Injector Checks

High-pressure fuel warning: never use this tool as a basis to crack a high-pressure connection or expose an injector spray. Fuel jets can penetrate skin. Depressurize and isolate according to the engine maker’s procedure before maintenance or bench testing.
