Marine Lubricating Oil Consumption & Replenishment Tool
Convert engine load, specific oil consumption, measured top-up rates and planned maintenance into a voyage lube-oil stock plan. Simple mode gives a fast power-based consumption and replenishment answer. Advanced separates oil streams, supports four consumption bases, schedules one-time service events, aggregates multiple storage tanks by oil family and calculates reserve, reorder timing, package-rounded order quantities and cost.

Planning Basis
Lubricating-Oil Consumption Register
Choose the basis row by row. For g/kWh, daily use = power × load × operating hours × rate. For kg/day, the rate is already daily mass. For L/day, density converts to mass. For % sump/day, the rate is applied to entered sump volume. A service event is a one-time consumption on the entered day.
| Use | Oil stream | Equipment / source | Basis | Power kW | Load % | Hours/day | Rate | Sump m³ | Density kg/m³ | Service event kg | Service day |

Lubricating-Oil Inventory Register
Multiple tanks can be entered for one oil stream. Current stock, usable capacity and planned uplift are aggregated by stream. Planned uplift is assumed available at the beginning of the planning period and is capped by entered usable capacity.
