contractor productivity, weather, parts, riding squads, deviation routing,
bunker prices and post-dock performance. The missed-fixture input should only
be used for commercial exposure that is not already represented by the daily
earnings model. Continuing OPEX is shown separately to avoid double-counting
a cost that normally exists whether the ship is trading or in dock. Confirm
