They are not IMO default emission factors and are not a substitute for test-bed, onboard or CEMS measurements. Data completeness, uncertainty and method-readiness values are planning inputs. Final analyzer selection, sampling arrangement, calibration, emission-map generation, engine-load signals, missing-data treatment, verification and reporting must follow the applicable IMO, EU, flag, Administration, verifier and equipment requirements.
