Crew Change, Relief Logistics, Port Coordination & Cost Tool

Crew Change, Relief Logistics, Port Coordination & Cost Tool

Coordinate relief arrivals and departing crew across a port call, screen travel/immigration readiness, identify missed departure connections and estimate crew-change cost. Advanced scheduling shares port handling capacity across vessels and highlights unresolved clearance or crew-welfare hold points.

Quick crew-change screen: 11 inputsCheck how many people can actually transfer in the port window, allowing for handover and local services. Example values are illustrative, not verified flights or port authorizations.
Fleet logistics coordinationEnter the reference date, transfer and travel assumptions. Edit the vessel, crew, flight, agent, interruption and approval registers beneath the charts. No live visa, ticket or immigration eligibility checks are performed.
Planning boundary: This tool does not verify visas, STCW/flag endorsements, medical certificates, port permission, safe manning or repatriation entitlements. Actual crew-change authorization and maximum service limits depend on applicable flag, employment agreements, port procedures and law. Do not enter personal passport numbers or medical information.

Fleet Port Call Register

Use a short unique vessel code. ETA and ETD are elapsed hours from the planning reference date, not absolute timestamps. The vessel remains alongside between those times.

Relief Group Register

Groups are paired movements: incoming relief first, then required handover, then outgoing crew. All personnel counts are anonymous aggregates. A unique group code connects the travel plan.

Travel & Connection Register

One travel record per enabled relief group. “Arrival hr” is when the incoming party reaches the port airport; “Departure hr” is the outgoing flight. Both are elapsed hours from the same reference date. Enter fares per person; hotel nights apply to both directions as a planning estimate.

Port Agent & Transfer Services

Port and vessel handling capacity both constrain crew movement. The shared port resource is applied to all vessel calls using the same port code in hourly scheduling slots.

Restricted Port & Weather Windows

Time ranges are elapsed hours from the reference date. Enabled restrictions close crew handling at that port; scenarios do not erase safety restrictions.

Pre-Arrival & Welfare Verification

Critical pending or failed checks prevent an “operationally ready” assessment, even if the mathematical crew transfer fits. Do not record personal medical or identity details.
