Cruise Tender Operations, Passenger Throughput & Excursion Revenue Tool
Screen how many guests can move ashore and back in the available call, identify queue and pier bottlenecks, protect excursion departure windows, and estimate commercial exposure from missed movements. Operating safety holds remain independent of commercial results.
Tender Fleet Register
One row per tender unit. The planning capacity uses seats, full round-trip minutes, availability factor and effective loading percentage. Status controls whether the tender contributes.
| Use | Tender / service | Approved seats | Cycle min | Avail. % | Boarding load % | Status | Remove |
|---|
Excursion Departure & Return Register
Times are minutes after tender operation starts (for example, 120 = 10:00 when the call starts at 08:00). Passenger groups are released ship-side at the ready time. The departure deadline applies to reaching shore, not simply boarding a tender.
| Use | Tour / group | Guests | Ready min | Depart / ashore by min | Return ready min | Net margin / guest USD | Revenue at risk | Remove |
|---|
Weather, Pier & Service Disruption Register
Timed events are modelled as complete tender-service closures or specified fleet-capacity reductions. Real weather stoppage decisions cannot be derived from one generic wind or sea-state number.
| Use | Event / reason | Start min | End min | Capacity reduction % | Approval / notes | Remove |
|---|
Passenger Transfer Readiness Register
Pending or failed critical checks create an operations HOLD independently of throughput estimates. Entries represent vessel- and terminal-specific verification work, not a legal compliance certificate.
| Use | Operational verification | Critical? | Status | Evidence / owner | Remove |
