Regulatory / operational boundary: D-2 compliance is a biological discharge-performance standard and cannot be proven from flow rate or treatment time alone. This tool plans the hydraulic/operational side of a type-approved BWMS. Actual compliance depends on the approved system being operated within its certification and operating limits, required records, maintenance and any applicable sampling/port-State requirements.
