Load Line / Density Checks
Load-line limitation: use the ship’s certified FWA and applicable assigned load line for real operations. DWA only adjusts for water density between 1.000 and 1.025 under the Load Lines framework. It does not override seasonal zones, freeboard assignment, stability, longitudinal strength, draft restrictions, under-keel clearance, terminal limits or surveyor/Administration requirements. The river/inland consumables provision is a separate weight allowance and should not be confused with DWA.
