Pause rule: You may pause up to 3 times. Each pause stops the timer and hides the grid and clues. Resume anytime; when all 3 are used, Pause is disabled. Pauses do not subtract points. Score = completion points + speed bonus (up to 1,500) + 250 no-help bonus, minus 100 per progress check or 200 per revealed letter. Check/Reveal makes the run unranked. Pauses alone do not.
